Cancellation policy requiring patrons to come into a store to get a cancellation form (they can’t email you a soft copy), then requiring the customer to snail mail or fax the cancellation form is an absolutely terrible customer experience and I will never utilize this company again.
Hours are posted on google and storefront to be open at 9am…. NO ONE has shown up to open their store. Not good customer service when people plan their day and have things going on.
Im writing this for my mom She loves this place! She always talks about how Riley is so helpful and informative especially her first time going she made sure to explain everything to her well! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
